Eric Gibbs

In 2024, Eric Gibbs established Gibbs Group Commercial Real Estate, a commercial property firm specializing in all aspects of commercial real estate within the Shreveport-Bossier City market. His passion for real estate began in 2017 as an investor purchasing and remodeling flips, buying and selling residential rental properties, and building a small portfolio of commercial investment properties. Once he began investing in commercial properties, he had the desire to get licensed and use his knowledge and experience to help other business owners. In 2019, Eric began as a licensed commercial real estate agent with Walker-Alley & Associates and quickly found his niche. Throughout his time at Walker-Alley, Eric has represented all property types from vacant land, to industrial business parks and retail centers to medical office buildings. His specific areas of expertise include leasing, sales, investment properties, and new development.

Eric is a Shreveport-Bossier native, having graduated from Airline High School. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University and earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Eric continued his education at the University of Colorado earning his Master of Business Administration.

Eric is active within the business community; he currently owns five Smoothie King locations across Texas and Louisiana and actively participates as a real estate investor. His unique experience as a business owner and his passion for real estate serve to benefit his client's and their diverse real estate needs. He is a member of the Louisiana REALTORS Association, National Association of REALTORS and the Commercial Investment Division.

Before commercial real estate and before his business endeavors, Eric is married to Lauren Gibbs and is the proud father to 4 children.
