David Rose is a consistent multimillion-dollar producer and is grateful to the many clients he has served since 2008. His clients often become close friends and repeat business.

Many clients David works with feel stuck and want a tax savvy exit strategy or creative idea to increase net operating income (NOI). David helps walk clients through various options to maximize after tax dollars. These options include 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, re-purposing and tenant mix.

David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and graduate of McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration.

David has successfully leased or sold investment, industrial, retail, office and hospitality properties as well as middle market operating businesses. As an active commercial investor, David understands numbers, marketability and what it takes to increase NOI and value as a result.

Personally, David loves traveling and spending time with, his wife, Connie and their two boys, Andrew and Nathan. David is active in his church and has served in leadership and teaching roles.
