Active in commercial real estate organizations. Past President of Baton Rouge real estate Commercial Investment Division, Chairman of 2004 TRENDS, member of committee for the formation of LACDB, past board member for LACDB. Past efforts include economic development committees for Greater Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce and also Associated Builders and Contractors.

Current board member of the Lakeshore Lions Club; member of the Baton Rouge Commercial Investment Division. Current member of the Cadets of the Ole War School and Omicron Delta Kappa. Past board president of Baton Rouge Area Speech and Hearing; past president of SERTOMA Club of Baton Rouge; Co-Chairman of 2009 "Looking Up" program by LSU MBA Alumni Association.
