Mo E Hannie

Mo Hannie is a licensed commercial real estate agent with over 30 years experience since 1991. His long history of involvement in the commercial real estate industry began while gaining valuable experience working with his father in property management while attending UL in buisness. Shortly thereafter Mo obtained his real estate license and started working in residential real estate for 10 years before moving into commercial real estate. He also owned and operated his own retirement communities and other businesses for over 25 years, as well as developments for clients. This background of hands-on experience and knowledge along with an impressive list of clients he has represented over the years makes him one of the knowledgeable and capable agents in Lafayette.

In addition to working with retail, medical, office and industrial clients, as well as relocations, Mo has represented a wide variety of investment clients ranging from sales and purchase of large multi-million dollar developments, tenant representation, developer of storage facilities, residential developments and office condo conversions.

As a native of Lafayette and deep roots in Acadiana, Mo is very involved in his community and strongly believes in local support. Mo attended University of Louisiana Lafayette, formally USL and is one of ULL's top fans. Mo currently serves on the ULL RCAF board, and Global Board of Directors for Marked Men For Christ.
