Consultant, site-selector, negotiator. More than just a transactional agent. Born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana Clinton moved to South Louisiana to start his commercial real estate career with NAI Latter & Blum in 2015. Clinton earned Rookie of the Year honors for NAI Latter & Blum in 2016. Since then, Clinton has completed 451+ transactions representing sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants of commercial assets. His expertise lies in Industrial Sales and leasing, Land sales and investment sales. Clinton joined Lee & Associates as Principal and Partner in 2023.

Completed a degree in Marketing while lettering on the golf team.
Earned both Academic All-WAC and All-Conference honors in his four-year tenure. He spent the first few years out of college pursuing his dream of playing professional golf.
