Kurt B Maloney

Kurt is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Kurt had his initial experience with real estate working for a local Savings & Loan as Manager of the REO department. This brought him through central south Louisiana with a mix of condominiums, multi family, a marina and single family units with oversight of managers, participation in Condo Associations and ultimate disposal of all assets.

Kurt then focused on management and oversight of light industrial, office buildings, retail/convenience stores, vacant ground, residential and multifamily units. Kurt is working on obtaining his CCIM designation to further his knowledge for his clients.
