Eugene was born at Baptist Hospital and reared in New Orleans just outside of the historic French Quarter. He attended De LA Salle High School and went on to graduate from the University of New Orleans in 1992.
Eugene started his professional career with a local New Orleans law firm working as a paralegal. In 1996, Eugene was named Real Estate Division director for his firm. For several years, he supervised court ordered transfers, estates, guardianships, conservatorships, trusts, and corporate acquisitions.
Becoming more involved with residential real estate Eugene associated with a large New Orleans Real Estate Company where he became responsible for training new agents and developing area sales teams.
Eugene eventually became a licensed Broker and opened Watermark Realty, LLC in 2008.
As a life long resident of New Orleans Eugene embraces the culture, history, and diversity that makes up our great city. He understands that every neighborhood is distinctive, and has its own identity creating the most European city in the United States.
