Jonathan began working for Maestri-Murrell in 2008 but initially began his career at Stirling Properties in 2005. Since then, Jonathan has leased and sold over $1.0 Billion of Commercial Real Estate, handling everything from land, Class A office, and Retail & Multifamily Investment sales. Jonathan has helped national retailers expand their footprint and has represented tenants such as Marriott, McDonald's, Panera Bread, Planet Fitness, and Tractor Supply. He has listed and sold some of the largest retail centers and NNN deals in the Southeast in conjunction with EDGE, CBRE, SRS, and Cushman/Wakefield. Jonathan graduated from Louisiana State University in 2003 and obtained an MBA from LSU in 2005 in the field of Finance. He earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2010, and continues to be one of the area's top real estate producers. He has presented at numerous networking events including the Baton Rouge Trends seminar as well as emcee for the Good Growth Awards. Jonathan is a board member with the Growth Coalition, a commissioner for LDWF, and assistant tennis coach at Catholic High School.
