When it comes to real estate sales and development experience with an emphasis in warehouse/industrial and office on the Northshore and New Orleans market, Rich Mauti has the proven expertise for the job with an emphasis on strong client/agent relationship. Over the years, he has managed commercial real estate, negotiated leases and contracts and managed day to day operations of several development projects. Rich is a former member of the New Orleans Saints and he received his degree from Penn State University.
Rich is also Chairman /Founder of The Rich Mauti Cancer Fund a (501 c 3) nonprofit volunteer organization established to raise money and awareness, in our local community, for cancer screenings, education for early detection and individual needs. To date the fund has raised over 3 (three) million dollars primarily through memorials, donations and our annual tennis classic at Stone Creek Club & Spa.
