Brad Way began his real estate career in California, circa 1984, where he managed shopping centers and was Insignia's Vice President of Property Services. Upon relocating his family to Louisiana, Brad has worked for Vintage Realty in Shreveport, spent five years managing a large portfolio for Peek/Howe Real Estate in Baton Rouge and six years as a Commercial Agent for NAI/Latter & Blum, then two years at Mike Falgoust & Assoc. In 2013, Brad moved into residential real estate, while also brokering commercial deals. Brad has worked with investors to purchase investment properties for different partnerships. Along with earning his CCIM in 2007, Brad has been an active member of the Foundation for Historical Louisiana. He has several bikes and three lovely children.
Brad is a 1983 graduate of University of California - Berkeley in Political Science. His focus is on investment properties, industrial sales and leasing, as well as asset management.
