Jack Gordon

Jack Gordon, of Property One Inc. based in Metairie, has been active in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2012 and has represented clients throughout the Greater New Orleans Area and South Louisiana. He has closed over 290 transactions and leased over 1.4M square feet with a transaction value of over $71M! Jack has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client's needs first.

Jack's varied career path after LSU affords him the well-rounded approach, he infuses into his Commercial Real Estate career. His Career profile includes work as a Project Manager in the Millwork Industry, an Advertising Executive with New Orleans CityBusiness, a Financial Advisor for American Express, a Sales Manager with two local hotels, a Property Manager for a luxury apartment building and the owner of a publishing company in California; these life experiences have developed his skills as a professional and enhanced his ability to understand his clients' needs and to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client's expectations.

He has been the recipient of several certificates of achievement from Property One, including: Most Improved Broker (2016), and a two-time recipient of the Marcia K. D'Amico - Steadiest Producer Award (2018 & 2021).

He has also been recognized by CoStar as one of the top 5 office leasing agents in the Greater New Orleans area for the years of 2018 and 2019.

In his free time, Jack enjoys traveling, music festivals, sailing and cooking. Spending time along the Gulf Coast together with his friends and wife Korie, as well as their Weimaraners Stella and Stone is never something he takes for granted and feels very fortunate to have been born and raised in this community.
