I began my real estate career in 1989 after 8 years of engineering design work. Since that time, I have spent most of my time as a commercial appraiser. Myself and a partner started our brokerage company in 1996 and have been actively involved in sales, investment, development, and appraisal work since that time. My knowledge as a investor/principle, appraiser, and broker give me a broad perspective for relating to clients.
