I am the managing Broker/CCIM and co owner with an extensive background in Commercial and Residential Mortgage lending. I think my background in financing helps in finding and selling income producing properties. I love finding unique ways to re purpose existing buildings for the best and highest use. I am a preservationist at heart. I never stop learning nor honing my craft. My favorite movie is Gone With the Wind , with the line "Land, it's the only thing that lasts".
