Martin O Miller, CCIM, SIORCCIM, SIOR

Martin O. Miller, III began his real estate career in 1997, at the largest commercial real estate company in New Orleans at the time, where he gained a great appreciation and knowledge of the overall commercial real estate market. During his career, noteworthy assignments included the leasing of the prestigious 500,000 square foot Freeport-McMoRan Building at 1615 Poydras Street in downtown New Orleans, which gave him a great appreciation for the landlord side of negotiations. Additionally, over the past 25+ years he has represented both office and industrial clients such as Shell, BP Oil, Halliburton, Federal Express, Wal-Mart, McDonalds, Bourgeois Bennett CPA, Audubon Engineering, Keesler Federal Credit Union and Whitney National Bank, among others with their corporate searches, renewals and disposition of real estate.

Some of his most notable projects were for a large oil and gas conglomerate that included acquiring large swaths of Mississippi river batture and land, and a large development site in Houma, LA. Martin has demonstrated his mastery of the commercial real estate industry by obtaining his CCIM and SIOR designations.

In 2023, Martin became the co-founder and Partner of Southeastern Commercial's first New Orleans office. Since opening the office Martin and his partner, Matt Eaton, have set unprecedented sales and listing numbers and are on track to be one of the top firms in the city. This expansion into New Orleans adds to the company's growing footprint that also includes offices in Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia.

In addition to the brokerage business, Martin utilized his market experience to start several management and development companies. Rellim Surface Management, LLC, founded in 2002, is an entity dedicated to the management and costal restoration of over 30,000 acres of land in Southeast Louisiana, Rellim Property Management, LLC, founded in 2005, specializes in the management of commercial properties and the oversight of complex commercial construction projects across the southeastern region and Rellim Development Company, LLC, founded in 2021, is currently developing commercial projects in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama.
