Jeff Landry is the Managing Broker and Partner of Scout Real Estate Co. Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, Jeff attended St. Thomas More High School before pursuing his undergraduate education at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He graduated in 2004 with a focus on Business Administration, Communications, and Sociology.

Jeff began his real estate career with Stirling Properties, focusing on commercial sales and leasing while managing 1,000,000 square feet of retail space in the southern Louisiana market. After five successful years at Stirling Properties, he joined MPW Properties in 2009 as the Director of Asset Management and remained a part of the MPW team for nearly a decade.

In 2010, Jeff earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and has been an active member of the local real estate community, serving on the Acadiana board of Realtors. He holds a Louisiana Broker's license and has been involved in acquisitions and developments throughout Louisiana and Alabama.

In 2018, Jeff partnered with Hammy Davis to establish Scout Real Estate Co., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage, management, and consulting firm. The firm, located in Downtown Lafayette, is committed to building long-lasting client relationships and enhancing the quality of life in the local community. In 2021, the team welcomed agent Rex Moroux, already a valuable agent at Scout, as a new Partner. As of today, Scout has more than 10 commercial real estate agents and counting.

In 2023, Scout Real Estate Co. expanded further by adding two new divisions and introducing Marc McIntyre as a new partner. Marc now leads the Commercial Property Management and Construction divisions, bolstering Scout's capabilities and service offerings.

Outside of his professional life, Jeff is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing with his friends and family. He and his wife Caroline are the proud parents of three children, Hollis, Abram, and James.
