Even with all his travels, Hyatt's love for St. Tammany Parish has kept him grounded to the days in his early years when he explored the woods and sandy beaches of the Little Tchefuncte River. Hyatt possesses a unique perspective and appreciation of mankind that has been cultivated from a family of artists and art patrons. A graduate of St. Paul's School and Spring Hill College, Hyatt has served as the Executive Director of the St. Tammany Parish Tourist and Convention Commission, subsequently serving as the President/CEO of the Louisiana Travel Promotion Association.
