Louisiana Commercial Realty uses the latest technology to provide a higher level of service to tenants, landlords, buyer and sellers of commercial real estate. We are the only commercial agent in Louisiana with the appraiser trainee license, the CCIM and SIOR designations and an MBA. We are also the only real estate agent to have created a continuing education course on commercial real estate that teaches other agents and investors about commercial real estate. The course has been approved by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and also the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.
