Ritchie Real Estate

Matt Ritchie, CCIM, a native of Pineville, Louisiana, attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe until transferring to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing with a minor in International Business. 

In 1997 Matt began investing in single family, multifamily, small commercial properties, and land. Earning his Real Estate License in 1999, Matt worked successfully as a real estate agent for three years when he decided it was time for more. Matt earned his Brokers License in 2002 and in 2003 opened Ritchie Real Estate, LLC. In 2006 Matt earned the prestigious designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investments Member). This designation is awarded to only those real estate professionals who have completed a series of demanding courses and exams as well as produced a significant portfolio of completed commercial real estate transactions.

Today, Matt continues to run a successful real estate brokerage while he remains committed to his and his clients real estate investments throughout the Central Louisiana area, and most recently expanding his interests to the Gulf Coast.
