Dewitt "Zeen" David started his real estate career in 1973 and began specializing in commercial sales and leasing in 1981 when approached by The Flagg Group to manage their commercial division. He joined Van Eaton & Romero as commercial sales manager in 1989. In January 2013 Van Eaton & Romero merged with NAI Latter & Blum. In April 2025 Rampart/Wurth Holdings, Inc purchased NAI Latter & Blum and rebranded as NAI Rampart. In 2014 the Realtor Association of Acadiana honored him with the Lloyd G. Smith Achievement Award for service and professionalism.

Mo Hannie is a licensed commercial real estate agent with over 30 years experience since 1991. His long history of involvement in the commercial real estate industry began while gaining valuable experience working with his father in property management while attending UL in buisness. Shortly thereafter Mo obtained his real estate license and started working in residential real estate for 10 years before moving into commercial real estate. He also owned and operated his own retirement communities and other businesses for over 25 years, as well as developments for clients. This background of hands-on experience and knowledge along with an impressive list of clients he has represented over the years makes him one of the knowledgeable and capable agents in Lafayette.
