Lee specializes in both Commercial and Residential property listings, with experience selling commercial buildings, homes, land and investment rental property packages. Lee was born and raised in North Caddo Parish, and now lives in Benton.

Van Ferguson, the Principal Broker, and President of Ferguson and Associates, Inc. He is also Associate Broker and serves on the Board of Directors for Diamond Realty, LLC. He has been in the real estate/construction business for more than 25 years, serving North Louisiana and central Mississippi and southern Arkansas in all types of real estate transactions.
Van grew up in Clinton, MS working in the families' construction business. He attended Clinton Public Schools, and Hinds Community College. In the mid 90's he moved to Bossier City and has excelled in every Real Estate since that time. In the manufactured housing industry, he worked in sales, finance, management and regional management. He has also worked as a mortgage loan officer. He holds an insurance license, is a notary, and has his real estate broker's license in LA, MS, and AR.
Van has lived in North Bossier Parish since the mid 90's. He and his wife of 35 years have 2 kids and 5 grandchildren, who also reside in the Benton, LA area. Camping, hunting, fishing make up most of his spare time, when he is not attending baseball games and school functions with the grandkids.
