Gerard began his real estate career in 1990 shortly after graduating from Louisiana State University with a degree in Economics. Since that time, he has transacted over 1,000 sales and leases in the office and industrial market valued in excess of $500,000,000 and has been recipient of dozens of top awards from the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), including Top Industrial Lease (2021), Top Industrial Lease (2019), Real Estate Deal of the Year (2018), Top Industrial Broker of the Year (2018), Top Industrial Sale (2018), Office Lease of the Year (2018) and Largest Transaction Award (2017).
