Ben GrahamCCIM

Benjamin Graham serves as Regional Vice President for Stirling's commercial real estate team, working from the company's Baton Rouge office. He is at the forefront of providing real estate solutions and value-oriented strategies for his clients, translating goals and requirements into executable real estate strategies.

With a background in commercial appraisal and experience in project leasing, national tenant representation, investment sales, industrial sales and site selection, Ben has the expertise to handle most any assignment. Ben's depth of experience and analytical skills contribute to improving each transaction and his clients' overall business operations. He has successfully negotiated more than 500 retail leases across the country with a variety of users, including ALDI, Rouses Markets, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, McDonald's, Jason's Deli, 7 Brew Coffee, Ochsner Medical, Orangetheory Fitness, Exxon, Eisenberg Development Company and others.

With more than 20 years of experience, Ben is a highly regarded CRE veteran in Louisiana. This experience, combined with his finance and appraisal background, assures that the best solution is developed and implemented.

Ben is a Board Member of the West Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce and is active within ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Baton Rouge Board of Realtors (Commercial Investment Division), SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors), Retail Brokers Network (RBN) Southeast Committee, Krewe of Achilles, Rotary International and Coastal Conservation Association.

An avid Tigers fan, Mr. Graham is a 2000 graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance. Outside of the office Ben enjoys an active lifestyle with his two children and amazing wife, including fishing, hunting, traveling and driving his two children to various sporting events.

Brandi ChamblessCCIM

Brandi Chambless is a native of Avoyelles Parish in Louisiana. She attended LSU Paralegal School and graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe and LSU Shreveport, where she completed an MBA.

She holds the coveted CCIM designation as well as two data analytics designations specific to the field of hospitality, CAHTA, and CHIA, winning an international award in 2020 from Smith Travel Research for a team project featuring the city of Tokyo.

She is an entrepreneur who believes women have tremendous power to impact society with creativity and grit. Perfectly seeing the undiscovered potential of any future development, Brandi produces content that brings an idea to life for her clients. She is a published author of five book projects as well as an established columnist in the North Texas suburban market, accumulating 55,000 followers in distribution throughout the last 15 years. She has been a featured keynote speaker of the Gulf Coast AAHOA for female entrepreneurs.

Brandi is a communications mastermind who integrates storytelling with real estate projects. Certified as an instructor with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, she is also an engaged community advocate who has contributed as a foster mom. Proudly having raised her own LSU Tiger, a rising entrepreneur himself, she calls Baton Rouge home, where she is an avid LSU women's basketball fan.

Chad RigbyCCIM

As the Managing Director of Multifamily Sales in Stirling's Investment Advisors Division, Chad Rigby leads a team that oversees all facets of multifamily investment sales and marketing, including transaction management, market analysis, valuation, underwriting, and client development in Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Gulf South. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Rigby began his career as a transaction manager at ARA Newmark, where he gained expertise in deal underwriting, market analysis, and business development. He then joined Stream Realty to launch a multifamily investment sales platform for major market brokerage firms before founding Rigby Advisors, a multifamily consulting firm. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rigby has had the privilege of transacting more than $1 billion in real estate sales and selling over 14,000 units, working tirelessly to help his clients achieve their investment goals.

In addition to his industry experience, Mr. Rigby holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University, a real estate associate broker license in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arkansas, and the highly-regarded Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Danny L Watts

Danny L. Watts is a Senior Advisor with Stirling's commercial real estate team, working from the company's Baton Rouge, Louisiana, office. With more than 20 years of brokerage and advisory experience, Danny brings extensive knowledge of the commercial and industrial real estate markets.

He specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial, office, and special-use properties. His specific areas of focus include site selection, land brokerage-from small, single-tenant parcels to major developable sites, and property valuation.

One of Danny's greatest strengths is helping his clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of commercial real estate and serves in an advisory role during transactions. He is fluent in the requisite studies, tests, reports, and coordination of the multiple third parties necessary to successfully steer a project through the final closing. He also has a thorough understanding of rezoning, land use, and entitlement issues.

Danny frequently serves as a consultant on large special-use commercial projects related to regulatory licensing, helping clients achieve required compliance issues and valuation. He was instrumental in the success of a 14-parish assignment across the State of Louisiana for a major landfill development project, and has worked with several additional developments, from solid waste disposal companies to operators of MSW to C&D landfills. He has also effectively advised clients on the changing highest and best use of troubled assets like the transition from special-use/restaurant assets to retail use.

Prior to joining Stirling, Danny served as a Senior Advisor with SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU).

James S DowlingSIOR

Jim Dowling, SIOR is a Senior Advisor / Associate Broker with Stirling, specializing in brokerage, leasing, and development of all land types, including commercial, industrial and investment properties throughout Louisiana. His focus is on retail, office, warehouse, and manufacturing properties, as well as urban land and farms, acreage, and timberland. Jim has extensive experience in site searches, evaluations and acquisitions, land assemblage, feasibility studies, property valuations, highest and best use determinations, rezoning, land development, build-to-suit, and real estate investment acquisitions.

Jim has been a licensed real estate broker since 1974. Prior to joining Stirling in 2016, he served as president of J. Wesley Dowling & Associates, Inc. Realtors and Coldwell Banker Dowling Beauvais & Associates, Inc. Realtors.

Jim is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR); past president of the LA/MS/AL/NWFL chapter of SIOR; graduate of the Louisiana Real Estate Institute (GRI); member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR); member of Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors; and member of Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB).

Jim attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA, and is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.

Joey C Canella

Joey Canella is a Senior Advisor with Stirling's commercial real estate team. He specializes in the Leasing and Sale / Acquisition of Garden Office Properties in the Baton Rouge MSA. He further specializes in Investment Sales / Acquisitions, Industrial Sales / Acquisitions and Industrial Leasing. Joey began commercial real estate brokerage in 2008 and has brokered over 300 commercial real estate transactions in his career.

Prior to joining Stirling, Joey served as a Senior Advisor with SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge. He was awarded the Top Producer for the company in 2015. He has also previously served on the Office Market Committee of the Baton Rouge TRENDS in Real Estate Conference in 2013 & 2014.

Joey was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. He is a 2002 graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Finance, and a 2005 graduate of The Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University holding a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.). He is a licensed attorney with the Louisiana State Bar Association and practiced as a real estate attorney from 2006 to 2008, where he handled residential and commercial real estate transactions.

John DeArmond

John DeArmond serves as an Advisor with Stirling commercial real estate team, working from the company's Baton Rouge office.

Before joining Stirling, John established two car wash locations in Gonzales and Prairieville. After five years in business, he helped facilitate the sale of both locations. His experience prior to that was in automotive sales.

A native of Gonzales, LA, John graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.

He, his wife, and two daughters reside in Geismar, LA, where he is a graduate of the Ascension Parish Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program: Leadership Ascension. This program is designed to develop responsible and informed community leaders.

Justin LangloisCCIM

Justin Langlois, CCIM serves as Regional Vice President with Stirling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He specializes in investment sales, primarily retail, office, and healthcare. His commercial real estate skill set includes sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, sublease representation, REO and bank foreclosures, sale/leaseback, lease negotiation, real estate investment analysis, financial feasibility, and site selection.

Justin has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2006. He earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2010. He previously served as Managing Director with SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge, which he founded with partners Ben Graham and Steve Legendre. Their SVN office was consistently recognized as a Top 25 office nationally out of 200+ offices across the United States.

Justin is an executive member of the board of directors for the Baton Rouge Growth Coalition and serves as secretary for the organization. He is also a board member with Volunteers of America: South Central Louisiana. Langlois He supports various nonprofits and community groups, including The Chapel on the Campus (LSU), Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU), Mary Bird Perkins - Investors Collective, and Volunteers of America.

Justin is married to Dodi Langlois, and they have four beautiful children. He is the proud father of three daughters, Harper, Eliza, and Remy, and a son, Max. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Justin graduated from Louisiana State University Lab School (1999) and earned a B.A. in English from Millsaps College (2003) in Jackson, MS.

Ricky L Schober

Ricky Schober is a dedicated real estate advisor, specializing in securing prime locations for commercial ventures in Baton Rouge, LA. Ricky excels in identifying high-traffic areas that maximize business potential, ensuring optimal outcomes for all clients.

Ricky joined Stirling in 2021 as an intern during his junior year of college. After graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Ricky went on to earn his MBA at LSU in the Spring of 2024. Over the past three years, Ricky has been working in the Baton Rouge office, assisting some of the highest-producing agents in Louisiana. This unique experience and team-focused approach has provided him with enormous insight and skills, allowing him to understand the intricacies of the commercial real estate market and develop innovative strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Scott Macdonald

Scott Macdonald serves as a Senior Advisor with Stirling commercial real estate team, working from the company's Baton Rouge office. He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience and a background that includes the negotiation and successful closing of over $672 million in sales and leasing transactions. His caliber of expertise adds depth to Stirling's roster and a specialty in office and industrial leasing.

Since joining Stirling in 2011, Scott has been a top producing agent for the company. He is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (GBRAR) and served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of GBRAR from 2016-2019.

Mr. Macdonald previously served as the 2019 Chairperson for the Baton Rouge CID Trends Seminar. He has also served on the Board of Managers for the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB) from 2018-2019. In addition, Mr. Macdonald served on the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association 2020 Capital Area Heart Walk.

Before joining Stirling, Mr. Macdonald was Vice President of Cassidy Turley/CPS, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company in San Jose, California. His primary focus while with Cassidy Turley was office and manufacturing leasing and sales.

Mr. Macdonald is a Louisiana native and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.

Steve LegendreCCIM

Steve Legendre, CCIM serves on Stirling's Commercial Brokerage Division as Regional Vice President and Baton Rouge Market Leader. Since 1995, Steve has focused on helping clients with the acquisition, disposition and site selection related to Industrial and Office Properties, Land, and Real Estate Investments across Louisiana and the Gulf South. As a consistent Top Producer, Legendre has built a strong reputation in the industry based on his track record of successful transactions, professionalism and ethical conduct. Legendre is committed to understanding and meeting the specific needs of his clients, offering personalized advice and solutions tailored to their investment goals and requirements. Legendre fulfills a "Player/Coach" role as Market Leader for Stirling's Baton Rouge Brokerage Office. Using expert knowledge, networking skills, negotiation expertise and persistence and drive, Legendre maintains his existing long-term relationships while continuing to cultivate new opportunities for the Stirling team through his focused value-add approach to the business.

Before joining Stirling, Steve, along with Ben Graham, CCIM, and Justin Langlois, CCIM, founded SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre (SVN GLL), a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Baton Rouge servicing Louisiana's Gulf Coast.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Administration from the University of New Orleans' College of Business Administration in 1990. He began his commercial real estate career in 1995. In 2001, Legendre achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In 2014, Legendre earned his Louisiana Broker's License. Over the course of his career, Steve has held several board positions, including the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (GBRAR) Trends Committee, the GBRAR Commercial Investment Division (CID), and the CCIM Louisiana Chapter. He served as president of the GBRAR Commercial Investment Division in 2022 and as president of the Louisiana Commercial Database Board of Directors in 2023. Steve is currently the Trends in Real Estate Chairperson, sits on the Board of Directors for LACDB and is a Board Member for Project 70805, a local non-profit promoting social and economic growth in the North Baton Rouge area. Legendre served as committee chair for the Istrouma Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America Golf Tournament and continues to serve as an active member of the committee.

Legendre has been a member of St. George Parish since 1995 and has served in various leadership positions for both the school and church over the years.

Thomas Parsons

Tommy Parsons is a Senior Advisor with Stirling. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Since 2004, he has focused on the Ascension Parish industrial market with a primary concentration in development, brokerage, and construction of Industrial Office/Warehouse space.

Tommy has a working knowledge of the specific challenges associated with land in Ascension Parish including wetlands mitigation, DOTD permits, available utilities, identification of flood zones, and other site related issues. In addition, he has built strong community relationships with developers, real estate professionals, and civic leaders to better inform his clients during the site selection process. Tommy has represented several national tenants including Kellogg, Brown & Root, National Trench Safety, as well as numerous regional and local companies.

One of Tommy's greatest assets is his ability to fairly and aggressively negotiate on behalf of his clients. He has a thorough knowledge of the market and a unique ability to solve client problems with honesty and creativity.

Prior to joining Stirling, Tommy served as Senior Advisor with SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Before his work in real estate brokerage, Tommy was involved in a family business of truck stops and convenience stores with 15 locations in the Baton Rouge MSA. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in retail business and customer service.

Tom Tanner

Tom Tanner joined Stirling's Commercial Brokerage Division in May of 2019. He began his career in real estate in 1976 building and selling houses in the New Orleans area. After selling several hundred homes, he moved into commercial and industrial development where he worked for a national developer of private golf course communities, office and retail centers, and industrial parks.

In the early 90s, he headed up the efforts of a large regional bank to manage and dispose of its over $750 million portfolio of real estate owned. In five years, he disposed of over 2500 properties of every size and type, gaining a keen practical insight for all types of real estate. Tom then started a small commercial brokerage and residential development firm in Baton Rouge. In 2004, he was part of a group that purchased Louisiana Downs racetrack in Bossier City and then sold the property to Harrahs Entertainment. For the last several years Tom owned and operated a private dining club in downtown Baton Rouge on top of the Chase Tower.

Prior to joining Stirling, Tom worked as a Senior Advisor with SVN - Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate firm.
