Evan Scroggs, SIOR, CCIM has been a high-performing commercial real estate broker for the last 13 years, with over $200 Million in sales and leasing transactions since 2017. In January of 2023, Evan launched Lee & Associates as the Managing Principal and leads the Baton Rouge team and will champion growth across the southeast Louisiana market.

Evan specializes in office and industrial sales and leasing with expertise in landlord and tenant representation for industrial real estate. He regularly represents clients in the evaluation, analysis, and acquisition of industrial, office, and retail assets.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Evan was a top producer at NAI Latter & Blum and increased his sales volume and a number of completed transactions every year since joining the company in June of 2010. He was named "Rookie of the Year" in 2011 and received the Push for the Pin Scholarship in 2012. Evan earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2016 and became an SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) in 2023.

Evan is committed to bringing value to his clients in the form of extensive market knowledge, varied transactional experience, efficient communication, and providing advanced analytics when evaluating a transaction.

In addition to his commercial real estate success, he serves on the East Baton Rouge Parish Planning Commission. He served as President of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter and the Greater Baton Rouge CID. Evan is often the industrial presenter and leads the committee in providing market knowledge and information for the annual Trends seminar. Evan was recognized as CID Member of the Year by GBRAR CID for his service and contributions in 2022.

Born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, Lance moved to Baton Rouge in 2010 to attend Louisiana State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the E.J. Ourso College of Business in 2014.

Upon graduating from LSU, Lance began his commercial real estate career in Baton Rougein 2015, joined the team at Beau Box in 2017, and moved to New Orleans in 2020.His contributing achievements to the company include being a top 10 producer company-wide for the last seven consecutive years from 2018 - 2024.

Lance handles landlord and tenant representation in the office, retail, and industrial markets. He also assistsclients with salesandacquisitions of theiroffice,industrial, and vacant land properties.

Lance has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, andis a member of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. He isan active member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and the Board's Commercial Investment Division. Lance serves on the LA CCIM chapter's board as Secretary/Treasurer and was also elected to the CID's Board of Directors.

Born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, Tom McGee relocated to Baton Rouge and embarked on a career as a Commercial Real Estate analyst and broker, collaborating with various brokerage and development firms. Prior to venturing into real estate, Tom earned a degree in accounting and internal audit from LSU. His passion for the outdoors and land ultimately steered him towards the field of real estate. Holding a license as an agent in Louisiana, Tom boasts a wealth of experience guiding clients through the entire spectrum of real estate processes, from the initial market analysis to the ultimate site selection and transaction details. Renowned for his extensive market knowledge, dynamic pricing and marketing strategies, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to helping clients achieve their objectives, Tom has consistently demonstrated his proficiency as a reliable fiduciary representative.
