Jennifer Lee Poulin joined RE/MAX Commercial Brokers, Inc. in March 2020 as a Senior Vice President specializing in corporate asset management and brokerage services in the Gulf South region. Prior to joining RE/MAX Commercial, Jennifer was the Director of Marketing and Leasing for Sealy & Company's Gulf South Office, responsible for the marketing and lease negotiations of Sealy's 2 Million square foot portfolio of industrial and office buildings, as well as third-party assets across Louisiana. Poulin has over 25 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. She joined Sealy in 1997, then leasing manager for First Industrial Realty Trust in 1998 when Sealy merged its South Louisiana interests with the NYSE Industrial REIT. Sealy reacquired those assets in 2001. Jennifer has completed over 900 leases with volume exceeding $400 Million. Jennifer has extensive experience with lease negotiations, industrial and office portfolio management and contractor bidding and supervision, managing tenant and capital improvement construction. Prior to Sealy, Jennifer worked for Corporate Realty, Inc. and Columbus Metairie Properties.
Jennifer earned her designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), serving as President for the LA CCIM Chapter in 2005, and is an Active Industrial member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Louisiana REALTORS Association, New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR), involved with both the New Orleans and Baton Rouge Commercial Investment Division (CID) and a former board member of the Elmwood Business Association. She has been awarded the honorable NOMAR CID Achievement Award each year since 2000, which recognizes the market's top producing agents. Jennifer is the recipient of CityBusiness 2013 Woman of the Year award and selected as a member of its 2018 People of Excellence in Real Estate and Construction.

She currently specializes in EB5 investments and consulting work. After Hurricane Katrina, Lucy sparked the interest of investors nationally and internationally to help rebuild the City of New Orleans.
Lucy has been awarded in commercial real estate since the early "90's". Lucy received the yearly Winners Circle Award from 1995-1998. After selling her family restaurant in 2000, Lucy has been focusing in commercial real estate. Since 2001 Lucy has received the CID Achievement Award annually. She received the RE/MAX Regional Award, RE/MAX 100% Award, NOMAR Gold Award. She has been honored with the RE/MAX Platinum Award and International Hall of Fame Award for 2007 and 2016. She has been honored as the top 5th agent of the RE/MAX Dixie Region for 2016. She received the CID Overall Top Special Purpose Producer Award 2016. REMAX Platinum Award 2007 and 2016.
