Hartley has been helping clients meet their real estate goals since 2011. Throughout her career, she has represented buyers and sellers in transactions involving development projects, retail, office and industrial space. In doing so, Hartley has become known for her excellent customer service, trustworthy communication and strong attention to detail.

As a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Hartley has experience representing clients across our capital city. She holds the CCIM Designation and is a member of the NAI Latter and Blum Commercial Investment Division. Before joining the NAI team, Hartley's real estate career started at Wampold Companies in the Property Management Division. Soon after starting she decided to obtain her real estate license in 2011. Since, with a skilled understanding of the market, Hartley has been helping to guide her clients through a smooth sales and acquisition process.

Stephanie is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong background in marketing and business development. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in marketing, she spent seven years at ISC honing her skills in brand strategy and client relations.

Stephanie brings her expertise into the real estate industry, using her marketing knowledge and business acumen to help buyers and sellers navigate their real estate journeys with confidence.
