Stefanie joined The Lafleur Group, formerly Teresa Hamilton & Team, in 2019. A Realtor since 2013 and a Certified Public Accountant since 2010, Stefanie is uniquely qualified to navigate the financial intricacies that carry over into real estate transactions. Her interest in real estate started when Stefanie and her husband, Kyle, began investing in commercial and residential properties. Through her experiences and rental management, she wanted to immerse herself in the process and became a licensed realtor. She enjoys assisting her clients with navigating home ownership, while simplifying a process that is sometimes overwhelming.

When not finding her clients the perfect home or preparing a property for sale, you can find Stefanie traveling (her passport recently stamped in France, Iceland, Greece, Bali and the Canary Islands!) or spending time with family and friends that feel like family.

After practicing residential real estate for four years, I decided to start working with commercial clients. I have now been working in commercial real estate for over two years now. I am a CCIM candidate currently working towards my CCIM designation. I have completed all my CCIM classes and currently working on my portfolio.

I live in the Acadiana Region of Louisiana and it is one of the fastest growing areas along the I-10 corridor, and in the state of Louisiana. My specific area is St. Martin Parish because; I was born and raised here. That definitely makes me a market expert.
