For more than 20 years Prissy Reap has been providing professional real estate services to clients throughout Central Louisiana. Working alongside private owners, investors, corporate real estate representatives, and developers she has actively partcipated in improving the economic landscape of the region.
Prissy has worked on projects such as Chili's and the development of the Albertson's Center where it is located, the revitalization of the Meeker Sugar Mill into an industrial site, the location of Red Lobster and redevelopment of the site into Copeland's, and the sale of a nursing home for the redevelopment of a private educational facility. She has also worked to lease numerous square feet of retail space for private developers both in Alexandria and Pineville as well as marketing commercial and industrial property throughout the area.

Prior to opening CENCOR Consulting Group and becoming licensed as a real estate agent, I worked to locate two (2) 400+ jobs facilities into a rural/semi-urban area of Louisiana and oversaw most aspects of these projects through to completion. These areas included new employee recruitment, government financial assistance, construction, vendor support, training, and site analysis.
Additionally, I assisted with the expansion of several businesses in a rural/semi-urban area of Louisiana, negotiating incentives, developing training and recruitment plan for new employees and working to determine additional needs of the companies.
I have also authored and lobbied State legislation to assist with business retention and expansion.
I represent several clients who specialize in retail/office leasing and development. I most recently represented International Paper in their disposition of the former industrial site in Pineville, LA.
I was selected as the 2011 REALTOR Of The Year for the Central Louisiana Board of REALTORS. In 2015 I was honored with the Mary Jo Hanover Award for outstanding achievement in economic development by the Louisiana Industrial Executives Association.
