Paul Arceneaux is a Commercial Real Estate Agent with Arceneaux Real Estate. In 2025 Paul earned the CCIM Designation for Commercial Real Estate.  He has a Petroleum Engineering degree from LSU and a MBA from ULL.  He has worked over 40 years in the Oil & Gas industry for Exploration & Production companies...all in Lafayette, Louisiana. He held various engineering and management roles in Drilling, Reservoir, Production & Operations. He is also a licensed Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Louisiana.

Paul has been active in volunteer organizations such as the American Petroleum Institute (Acadiana Chapter) where he helped raise over $600k for college scholarships and engineering departments.

He is a board member for the local MLS REALTORS Association (RAA) and the REALTORS Commercial Alliance (RCA) and active member of the Chamber of Commerce for the City of Lafayette, the City of Broussard and the City of Youngsville. Paul also participated in the Youngsville Leadership program (Class IV).
