Jennifer LaNasa was born and raised in New Orleans and is a graduate of Finance from the University of New Orleans. She became a Real Estate Agent in her father's company in 1986 and a Broker in 1991. She furthered my education through the National Certified Commercial Investment Manager Designation (CCIM).

Jennifer is currently a licensed Broker in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, Specializing in the New Orleans Metropolitan Area, Gulf Coast Mississippi, and Gulf Coast Baldwin County Alabama.

Her portfolio is a mix of Commercial Sales, Leasing, and Consulting, as well as Residential Sales and Consulting. Along with a new Residential Long-Term and Short-Term Rental Division handled by Kickback Properties, LLC.

She was appointed by Governor Bobby Jindal to serve on the Louisiana Real Estate Commission from 2008 to 2011. Most of her efforts were concentrated on education.

Jennifer was also elected to the Board of Directors for the CID (Commercial Investment Division) of NOMAR (New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors) for 2016, 2017, 2018, and continues to serve on the education committee.
