Born and raised in Shreveport, Clyde graduated from LSU Baton Rouge with degrees in Business and Finance. Clyde is a real estate investor himself, who has bought and sold multiple businesses across north Louisiana. Clyde is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and is passionate about helping business owners align their goals for a successful exit from their business.
As a serial entrepreneur for over 40 years, he has owned and operated a manufacturing plant, local and regional distribution businesses, and is proficient with government contracts, HazMat, DOTD, and HACCP.
Clyde and his wife, Ann, have been married 39 years and have 3 children and 8 grandchildren. He enjoys golf, traveling, and helping others build their businesses.
