Overview

This ambulatory healthcare building is the former Breast Cancer Center located at 166 Corporate Dr. in Houma. The subject improvements consist of 10,853 SF of high quality medical office building with treatment rooms, exam rooms, and an operating room.

The building has a covered drop off/pick up area that leads to a large check-in and waiting area (with 2 bathrooms). Constructed in 2008, the building is a one-story, steel frame structure. The roof is a 2 ply membrane covering steel beams and bar joists. All of the construction is non-combustible. The building is also protected throughout with an automatic sprinkler fire protection system and fire alarm system.

Portions of the building are structured to be able to add a 6,843 SF 2nd Floor in the future (including an elevator) for additional Doctor’s offices.

The site is 1.12 Acres of land on Corporate Dr. between Tunnel Blvd. and Hollywood Road. It is near the Martin Luther King retail corridor as well as an expanding medical area.
