The New Orleans BioInnovation Center (NOBIC) was established in 2011 as a nonprofit incubator to support innovative companies in life sciences, environmental technology, and medical fields. Located in the heart of the Medical District and surrounded by premier medical establishments, the four-story, 66,000 sf LEED rated building offers wet-lab spaces, lab benches, office suites, and meeting /conference spaces for lease. Lab Spaces have sophisticated equipment as part of the lease for tenants to use. Most offices are furnished and ready to be occupied.

All leases are also charged an additional 15% common area maintenance fee (CAM) which pays for shared areas (internal meeting areas, kitchen, and upper floor conference rooms)
