Second Generation Restaurant Space Mid City. Adjacent to our grocery-anchored Mid-City Market development sits The Offices at Mid-City Market. The building was originally constructed in 1954 and was most recently the home of the Loubat Foodservice Equipment Company. We have maintained the historic integrity of the existing structure while renovating the interior into a combination of office and retail space. Our goal is to introduce businesses which will complement our existing Mid-City Market and also benefit the entire Mid-City populace. This conversion has brought a prominent neighborhood building back into commerce. .
