APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

All interested parties must submit a completed application no later than October 15, 2026. Applications must be formally submitted through the Louisiana State Museum (OSM) website in accordance with OSM’s established submission procedures and requirements. All applicants must give a presentation to the Irby Finance Committee on October 22,2026 before a recommendation is made to the board on awarding the lease. A copy of the application is included at the end of this Offering Memorandum for reference and convenience.
