Quail Run Dr. Office Park Phase III - Pad Site Sales

Phase III of the highly successful Quail Run Dr. Office Park will begin soon with the construction of Building # 1 (the developer will also sell this pad site). The building is currently planned to be 4,425 SF (however this can be adjusted to meet a buyer's / tenant's specific needs). Current plans are for the developer to build six buildings ranging in size from 4,000 SF to 5,700 SF.
