Fountain Park Centre (FPC) is a Mediterranean style, mixed-use, lifestyle center built in 2008 – 2009. It has a blended mix of tenants and is situated on approximately 45 acres. It is located on Manhattan Blvd., the Westbank's premier commercial corridor where traffic counts are in excess of 40,000 vehicles per day. The site only minutes from/to Downtown New Orleans. The seven (7) building development contains approximately 110,000 SF of Rentable Building Area (RBA), and surrounds man-made lagoons punctuated by grand fountains.
