Super 1 Foods serves as a grocery anchor driving traffic and consumers from the sounding municipalities. The I-10 visibility and traffic (over 78K vehicles per day) make this an attractive site for both local and national retailers, as well as hotels, banks and gas stations. Super 1 Foods opened in the spring of 2017.
