Mississippi River Frontage/Batture Property

This property consists of 38 acres of batture land with approximately 2,832 linear feet of Mississippi River frontage between mile markers 152 & 153. The property is bounded by levee stations 3894 and 3917. There are three river navigation structures on the property. This tract and the adjacent tract to the south were together permitted as one borrow pit site in 2000.
