This 2.293 acres lot is a further re-sub (on paper only) of the 6.256 acres on the attached John Cumming's "For Review" survey.  The commercial lots are zoned  HC-2 but they have not been surveyed.  Additionally, there are approximately 25 acres behind (north) of the 6.256 acres commercial tract however it is zoned R-1 (one house per 5 acres).

This property is on the North side of Hwy 190 a/k/a Ronald Reagan Highway approximately  one mile west of Covington High School.
