Steven R Reisig

Mr. Reisig is one of the founders of SRSA Commercial Real Estate. Steve has 32 Years of Commercial Real Estate Experience with emphasis in Investment Property Sales and Tenant Representation Services. Major Sales Transactions include the sale of the Entergy and 1250 Poydras Buildings for $76 million, the sale of the Freeport-McMoran Building and Energy Centre Buildings (2 Class A CBD Office Towers) for $96 million, the sale of a portfolio of office warehouse properties (on behalf of First Industrial), containing 1.4 million sq. ft. for a total of $63 million and the sale of Causeway Plaza Office Complex containing 336,000 sq. ft. for $27.5 million. Received the F. Poche Waguespack award 2 years in a row from the New Orleans Metropolitan Assoc. of Realtors for the highest volume of sales and leases.

Mr. Reisig received his Bachelor's degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 1980. He received a Certified Commercial Investment Member ("CCIM") designation in 1985 and has been a past president for the Louisiana and Mississippi CCIM Chapters. Mr. Reisig previously served on the board of directors for CID and the board of trustees for Stuart Hall School. Mr. Reisig is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana
