I have been involved in the office and retail sectors of the New Orleans and Gulf South real estate markets for over 35 years. I have sold major CBD office buildings (Energy Center, 1615 Poydras), numerous suburban office bldgs. (Causeway Plaza) and First Industrial Louisiana portfolio. I have redeveloped a 142,000 sq. ft. retail center in Slidell, LA and have built buildings for Verizon, Allstate Insurance and Federal Express, as well as multi-tenant office buildings and strip centers at Northpark. I have been involved in the development of Northpark Business Park in Covington, LA, including a strip center with Starbuck's. I have also been involved in many office tenant rep assignments like Allstate Insurance (50,000 sf) and the Morris Bart Law Firm (70,000 sq. ft.). . I have done site selection work for banks and other retailers like Dollar General. I have been involved in the sale of numerous shopping centers, including one for GMAC in Houma, LA. As a result of this activity, Barry Spizer has been twice awarded the F. Poche Waguespack award by the N. O. Assoc. of Realtors for the highest volume of sales and leases in the city of New Orleans. Additionally, Spizer has served as the International President of the CCIM Institute.

Mr. Holmes has worked in sales and leasing at SRSA since 2008. Prior to working at SRSA, he owned and managed a successful business in title researching for over 5 years. Mr. Holmes is competent in researching the title history of properties from as far back as 1820 and is knowledgeable in residential and commercial real estate.

Mr. Holmes received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Tennessee in Nashville in 2003. He is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana.

Kirsten Early joined SRSA Commercial Real Estate in 1998 and has executed real estate strategies for retailers and landlords for the past 20 years. Early specializes in retail tenant representation, tenant site selection representation, land assemblage, disposition of property and participation in the re-development of shopping centers. Her expertise lies in leasing programs for national and regional retail companies. She currently oversees a team of dedicated retail professionals focused on landlord and tenant representation and is the Director of Retail for SRSA.

Early's achievements include: Largest Transaction Award (2012 & 2013), Top Tenant Rep Lease (2011 & 2014), Top Retail Lease (2007 & 2008), Top Office Sale (2004), Largest Special Purpose Sale (2003), CID Achievement Award (2000-2014), a CCIM Retail Market Forecast Panelist (2001), the University of New Orleans Economic Outlook & Real Estate Forecast Panelist (2014) and ICSC Open Air Round Table Panelist (2010 - 2014). In 2008 she was voted CCIM chapter president and received the 2008 President's Cup Award. Her performance and dedication during her tenure with SRSA earned her partner status in 2005, making her the youngest partner ever hired by the firm. In 2012, she was voted to be the Secretary for X Team International; a leading retail real estate brokerage alliance servicing 45 major markets throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.

Early is a graduate of Loyola University of New Orleans and holds a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration (BSBA). In 2002, she received a Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM), and is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana. Over the years, Early has amassed an impressive retail tenant client list including: AT&T Wireless, Petco, CVS Pharmacy, Pier One, Party City, Dave & Buster's, Chuck E Cheese, Chuy's, Vitamin Shoppe, Sears Holding Corporation, Mattress Firm, Office Depot, Anna's Linens, Sportsman's Warehouse, Halloween City, Talbot's, Tuesday Morning, Albertson's, McDonald's Corporation, Sports Authority, Dollar General, Regions Bank, State Farm Insurance, Shoney's Corporation and Domenica Pizza.In 2005, Early was named one of the top 50 women by New Orleans City Business.

Ruby Rae Levin is a driven and passionate Sales and Leasing Specialist in the retail sector. She supports the Retail team through tenant and landlord representation, working with national retailers including My Salon Suite, Eyemart Express, FiiZ Drinks, and others. Ruby joined the SRSA team as an intern in June 2022 and seamlessly transitioned to a full-time role after graduating in June 2023.

A distinguished alumna of Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, Ruby earned her Bachelor of Science in Management with Magna Cum Laude honors in May 2023. Her academic pursuits include a double major in Marketing and Management, complemented by a minor in Real Estate.

Ruby discovered her passion for the marketplaces industry as a student and eagerly sought opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills. She excelled in the Real Estate Summer Minor program at Tulane and gained valuable experience through multiple real estate internships in New Orleans.

Now working as a Sales and Leasing Specialist, Ruby uses her experience in public relations, marketing, research, and non-profit operations to help the SRSA team thrive. Her commitment to professional development is evident through her affiliations with esteemed organizations such as the Urban Land Institute (ULI), ICSC, and the X-Team Retail Advisors. She was an active member of the Tulane Real Estate Group and ICSC Mentorship Program, and now sits on the advisory board for NOMAR's Young Professionals Network (YPN).

Stephanie represents various office and retail tenants in site selection and lease negotiation for the Louisiana market. Stephanie is also focused on investment sales and project leasing. Her landlord representation assignments have included various retail, office and medical office properties. Ms. Hilferty joined SRSA in 2007 as a research analyst and participated in the marketing and research of SRSA Developments.

Prior to joining SRSA in 2007, Ms. Hilferty attended Loyola University where she graduated summa cum laude with a university honors certificate. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute ("ULI") and the International Council of Shopping Centers ("ICSC").

Mr. Reisig is one of the founders of SRSA Commercial Real Estate. Steve has 32 Years of Commercial Real Estate Experience with emphasis in Investment Property Sales and Tenant Representation Services. Major Sales Transactions include the sale of the Entergy and 1250 Poydras Buildings for $76 million, the sale of the Freeport-McMoran Building and Energy Centre Buildings (2 Class A CBD Office Towers) for $96 million, the sale of a portfolio of office warehouse properties (on behalf of First Industrial), containing 1.4 million sq. ft. for a total of $63 million and the sale of Causeway Plaza Office Complex containing 336,000 sq. ft. for $27.5 million. Received the F. Poche Waguespack award 2 years in a row from the New Orleans Metropolitan Assoc. of Realtors for the highest volume of sales and leases.

Mr. Reisig received his Bachelor's degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 1980. He received a Certified Commercial Investment Member ("CCIM") designation in 1985 and has been a past president for the Louisiana and Mississippi CCIM Chapters. Mr. Reisig previously served on the board of directors for CID and the board of trustees for Stuart Hall School. Mr. Reisig is a licensed real estate broker in Louisiana
