Stephanie Hilferty

Stephanie represents various office and retail tenants in site selection and lease negotiation for the Louisiana market. Stephanie is also focused on investment sales and project leasing. Her landlord representation assignments have included various retail, office and medical office properties. Ms. Hilferty joined SRSA in 2007 as a research analyst and participated in the marketing and research of SRSA Developments.

Prior to joining SRSA in 2007, Ms. Hilferty attended Loyola University where she graduated summa cum laude with a university honors certificate. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute ("ULI") and the International Council of Shopping Centers ("ICSC").
