Michele Sauls

Michele Sauls has been with Vintage Realty Company since it was founded in 1988. For over 20 years Michele led the growth and development of the Brokerage and Leasing Department as Director. As of 2017 she is working as a full-time Associate Broker.

Michele came to Shreveport from Chicago, Illinois where she was employed with Rubloff, Inc., a developer of high rise office properties in Chicago. Before joining Vintage Realty Company she was with the Trammell Crow Company in Shreveport.

She has been and is currently active in a broad spectrum of real estate activity which includes brokerage, development services, leasing, property and construction management of all types of commercial properties including office (CBD and suburban) and medical office, industrial, retail, land acquisition and disposition, and buyer/tenant representation.

She is recognized as one of the top producing agents in the Shreveport-Bossier market. In recent years, she has also acted as a consultant to provide work-out solutions to meet more specific client needs of corporate, institutional and local owner/investor groups.
