Alvin Childs has 50 plus years of commercial real estate experience, including the development and/or renovation of office and retail projects and the acquisition and syndication of retail, office, and industrial real estate properties in Northwest Louisiana. In 1982 he was elected a Rising Young Business Leader. He served as a member of the Mineral Board of the State of Louisiana from 1988-1992. He was named Business Person of the Year by the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce in 2014.
He enjoys early morning runs with friends, ran his first marathon in 2018 in Dublin with his daughter, and is an avid vegetable gardener.
Alvin Childs, Jr. is a graduate of Washington & Lee University with a B.S. in Commerce. He is married to Lisa O'Neal Childs, has three children, William, Lex, and Claire, and six grandchildren. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized professional in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

G. Archer Frierson, III joined Vintage Realty Company as a licensed commercial real estate agent in 2004. Between 2017-2024 he was the Director of Brokerage and Leasing for Vintage's agents and administrative staff. Prior to Vintage, Archer was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Savannah, Georgia where he was a licensed agent and real estate appraiser.
Over the course of his 20 plus year career Archer has been active in all facets of the commercial real estate industry and has represented numerous local, regional and national companies. He has been involved in the acquisition and disposition of various investment properties including office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, self-storage facilities, and apartment complexes.
Archer is an active leader in the Shreveport/Bossier community. He was a 2005 graduate of the Leadership Shreveport program through the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, as well as a 2006 Community Catalyst for the Community Foundation of Shreveport/Bossier City. Chris Susilovich joined Vintage Realty Company in 2017 in their Commercial Brokerage and Leasing Division and is licensed by both the Louisiana Real Estate Commission and the Texas Real Estate Commission. He was named as the Director of Brokerage & Leasing in January of 2025. Chris started his real estate career with Hortenstine Ranch Company in Dallas, TX, handling farm and ranch transactions throughout Texas.
Chris spent 11 years in Houston, TX as a business development executive, fundraiser and consultant prior to returning home to Shreveport with his family. While in Houston, he served as the Executive Director for Houston Safari Club and consulted for several organizations to help improve process efficiencies, develop strategic plans and enhance development practices. Claire joined Vintage in March of 2016 as a Brokerage and Leasing agent. Her experience includes Brokerage, Commercial Investment, Tenant Representation, Leasing, Market Analysis, Site Selection, and Valuation. She earned her CCIM designation in 2025.
A Shreveport native, Claire is a graduate of C. E. Byrd High School. She attended Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. As a classically trained ballet dancer, Claire began teaching dance at the age of 12. She trained with companies across the United States including the Tulsa Ballet and the City Ballet of Houston. She later used that knowledge to create the widely successful exercise class and program, Barre 360, in Austin, TX.
After graduating from Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Anthropology, Claire began working for the Dallas jewelry company Staxx Ring. As a Designer and sales manager, Staxx Ring grew in popularity and was sold in stores across the United States.
In 2013, Claire attended The Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport, Maine. Upon returning to Shreveport, she created one-of-a kind furniture pieces in collaboration with W. Alexander Design. There, she designed and fabricated her own work in addition to executing a digital and interpersonal sales campaign.
Claire enjoyed being a participant in the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program in 2017 and the Louisiana Association of Non-Profit Organizations: Community Leaders program in 2018. David Alexander is co-owner of Vintage Realty Company and serves as Director of Development with over 37 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. Alexander is a 1980 graduate of Louisiana State University with a BS in Business Administration. He is married and has two children. He is a member of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce and past Director of the Downtown Shreveport Development Corporation. Additionally, Alexander is past Chairman of Shreveport's Downtown Development Authority, past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Shreveport/Bossier YMCA, past President of the Board of The Shreveport Club and past President of the Board of Trustees of Southfield School. Alexander is co-developer of Provenance which is north Louisiana's only Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). Provenance is situated on 377 acres in south Shreveport and includes a wide choice of homes/home sites, retail locations and several commercial zones. Alexander also developed Windrush Village which is the first retail center in Provenance and helped found Vintage Construction Group and Provenance Realty Group. Eric is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Louisiana and joined Vintage in February of 2022. Prior to joining Vintage, Eric played professional golf for 4 years while working part time at his family's local residential/commercial flooring store doing estimates and pricing.
Eric was born and raised in Shreveport and attended Loyola College Prep. He received a scholarship to play golf for Louisiana State University where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Sports Administration and a minor in Business Management.
While at LSU, Eric had 3 individual collegiate wins and was an All-American in 2015. He was also a part of the team when they won an SEC Championship and a National Championship in 2015. Eric was a full-time member of PGA Tour Canada in 2019 and the Korn Ferry Tour in 2020 through 2021.
