Marco Ramos is a Commercial Broker with NAI Rampart, representing buyers and sellers of commercial property across the Greater New Orleans market.
Marco has worked in New Orleans real estate since 2015. As a team leader and later the owner and broker of his own firm, he ran an organization that closed more than 1,500 transactions and over $400 million in sales, an operation he built and led from the ground up.
Now working commercial full-time, Marco has handled deals ranging from retail and industrial properties to a historic building in the Vieux Carre, including the sale of the shopping center in Metairie. At NAI Rampart, he pairs that track record with the reach of the NAI Global network, which connects local properties to buyers nationwide.
Marco is married to Brittany Picolo-Ramos, star of HGTV’s “Selling the Big Easy,” with whom he built one of the area’s most recognized real estate names. He is an author, a Maxwell Leadership certified coach, and father of 3.
