He is a contributing partner in the creation of the Al Davis Industrial list which tracks the quarterly absorption of industrial properties with its origin dating back to 1987. The Al Davis Industrial report is the sole data source of industrial data used in the UNO Annual Economic Outlook & Real Estate Forecast for Metropolitan New Orleans.
In the Hospitality sector, he serves as a financial analyst, with the use of Argus Enterprise, to conduct feasibility studies, distribution ratio and cash flow analysis, underwriting, and investment analysis. With this technology, he provides institutional level financial analysis for clients ranging from local hoteliers to national REITS.
After the $1 Billion-dollar collapse of a New Orleans-based community bank, Daniel provided advisory services to Regional and National Banks, Private Investors, and Underwriters across a plethora of asset types including: Downtown Office High Rises, Hotels, Leasehold Interest, Condo Developments, and Airbnb Investment Properties. Through the management of a research department, his team aggregated market data to reconstruct financial statements and researched market comps to provide an opinion of value. The determined values were used as guidance in the acquisition of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) at FDIC auctions.
In his free time, Daniel assists in the national education of fellow CRE professionals in the application of innovative tools. His repertoire of teaching events includes, but is not limited to, CCIM Facility Cadre Training in Chicago [2015], CCIM Annual Spring Conference in Atlanta [2016], CCIM 102 Market Analysis for Commercial Investment in Houston [2017], and as a guest speaker in CCIM 102 Market Analysis in New Orleans [2017]. In 2016, he consulted as a retail site selection expert to assist in the development of a course for CCIM. Recently, presented at the 2018 Esri User Conference (Esri UC) in San Diego, which is attended by over 15,000 attendees, and as a panel member for the University of New Orleans Economic Seminar.

Jeff joined NAI Latter & Blum in June of 2020. He graduated from Florida State University where he obtained a BS degree in Economics, a BS degree in Social Science and a minor in Urban and Regional Planning. Jeff began his commercial real estate career in Huntsville, Alabama as an advisor and then later as a partner with Graham & Company. He holds several professional designations to include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED AP), which is supported by the United States Green Building Council. Jeff served on the Alabama CCIM state board for five years, chapter Treasurer, VP, President, and then Regional Director South for SIOR and currently serves as a member of the Technology and Investment Member Groups. Jeff is a member of the Knights of Columbus and Leadership St. Tammany Alumni. Jeff has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate(CRE), including capital markets, development, management, leasing, marketing, and sales. His practice includes advising private owners, developers, private equity firms, institutional, and corporate owners of real estate. In 2018 he expanded into facilitating the investment and disposition of single-family rental (SFR) and build-for-rent (BFR) portfolios of 5 to 1,000 homes. He is licensed in Louisiana and Mississippi, providing advisory services to commercial property users and investors.
I have worked in the real estate industry since 1982. Initially working for a large local real estate developer in the Metro area primiarily leasing his portfolio In 1998 I switched to the commercial industry. My first year at Latter & Blum, I was awarded "Rookie of the Year". The next year I was awarded "Rookie of the Year" for the Commercial Investment Division of the New Orleans Metropolitan Associate of Realtors. During the next two years I was awarded the "Most Transactions Award" from the Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR. I am currently serving as President of Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR. I primarily focus on the leasing and sales of office, retail and industrial property.
Born and raised in New Orleans, Mignon is a graduate of St. Mary’s Dominican High School and The University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. The first five years of Mignon’s commercial real estate career were spent in Atlanta focusing on retail landlord representation at Stream Realty and Colliers International, respectively. As part of project leasing teams, Mignon dedicated her time servicing local to institutional clients in her portfolio of grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle centers and mixed-use retail projects across the Metro Atlanta area.
At the beginning of 2020, Mignon moved home and began working for NAI Rampart as a third-generation commercial sales and leasing agent, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Murdock Richard, and father, Paul Richard. She remains specialized in retail landlord and tenant representation and her portfolio of projects is spread out among the Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas. Aside from her retail focus, she and her father currently serve as Real Estate Advisors to the Jefferson Parish School Board (JPSB), Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) and Archdiocese of New Orleans.
Outside of NAI Rampart, Mignon actively pursued and earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Real Estate Member) designation in Seattle, WA in October 2023 and currently serves as the Secretary for the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. She is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division (NOMAR CID) Forecast Committee that plans the annual Real Estate and Economic Forecast Symposium in New Orleans. Mignon served as Chairman of the 2023 and 2024 Forecast events, and will be chairing the 2025 event, scheduled for October 16th at Jefferson Performing Arts Center. She also serves on the NOMAR CID Board of Directors and is the 2025 President-Elect.
In 2023, Mignon graduated from the fourth cohort of Loyola University’s Women’s Leadership Academy, a program that is designed to enable leaders in the region to achieve their greatest professional potential through leadership training, personal development, and one-on-one mentorships, and she continues to stay involved as an alumna of the program. Mignon is currently participating in the Louisiana Realtors (LR) Leadership Program, which is dedicated to broadening and enhancing the LR volunteer community and association leadership through an increase in their network, knowledge and service.

Mignon and her husband, Daniel, reside in Metairie with their two black labs, Bella and Rosie, where they are active parishioners at St. Angela Merici Church. Mignon is a member of the Women on Fire ministry’s Core Team and the ACTS retreat community.

Reed has an extensive background in the industrial, office, retail, hospitality, multi-family, and investment sectors throughout Louisiana and the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. In the years before Reed joined NAI Rampart, he established and owned a successful interactive multimedia marketing company. Reed graduated from LSU in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Theater (performance) and worked consistently as an actor, musician, and website designer in Los Angeles for 11 years before moving back to his home state of Louisiana.
In February of 2024, Reed was named Associate Director for Commercial Sales and Leasing at NAI Rampart. Reed plays a pivotal role in providing daily operational support and mentorship for the next generation of NAI Rampart commercial agents across the state.
