Grant Smith, CCIM, is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Louisiana and Texas who joined Sealy Real Estate Services in 2021. A Shreveport native, Grant is actively involved in the sale and leasing of industrial, land, and commercial development properties, with a focus on aligning real estate strategy with operational and investment objectives.

Grant’s background spans industrial operations, construction and development, oil and gas, and retail service management, giving him a practical understanding of how real estate decisions impact business performance on the ground. He is actively involved in the leasing and disposition of more than 730,000 SF of owned and/or managed properties within the Sealy & Company portfolio, providing him with direct exposure to institutional ownership, asset positioning, and ongoing portfolio strategy.

His experience in industrial and land transactions, combined with involvement in commercial development projects, allows him to advise clients with a well-rounded, execution-driven approach across multiple asset types.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana Tech University, where he maintained Dean’s List honors and served as Fundraiser Committee Chair for the Kappa Sigma Epsilon Gamma Chapter. He is a member of the CCIM Institute, the National Association of REALTORS, and the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS.
