Daniel Cook is an advisor with Stirling, based at the firm’s corporate headquarters in Covington, Louisiana. Born and raised in the Mandeville–Covington area, Daniel brings deep local roots and a practical understanding of the communities, businesses, and development activity shaping Southeast Louisiana.
Now three years into his commercial real estate career, Daniel has built meaningful momentum by representing property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors across a wide range of lease and sale transactions. His experience includes industrial properties, retail and office leasing, investment opportunities, development sites, and agricultural, recreational, and rural land. While his market knowledge spans multiple property types, his primary focus is industrial real estate and land transactions.
A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, Daniel entered commercial real estate with hands-on experience in oilfield operations and agriculture. Having worked in industrial environments and on farming operations, he understands many of the practical considerations that influence how businesses and landowners evaluate property. This background allows him to look beyond the transaction itself and help clients assess access, infrastructure, operations, development potential, and long-term value.
Daniel serves on the CID Education Committee and the CID New Orleans Forecast Planning Committee, keeping him actively involved in the region’s commercial real estate community and connected to the trends influencing its continued growth.
