Meet the Team

Bradley Cook MSCCIM,

Bradley Cook serves as an Advisor with Stirling's commercial real estate team. Based in the Covington, LA, office, his primary focus includes investment and development in the land and industrial sectors. He works closely with local, state, and regional leaders to promote economic development opportunities. He is a member of the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce, Louisiana CCIM Chapter, Realtor Land Institute (RLI), New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) Commercial Investment Division (CID), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Since joining Stirling, Cook has worked on successful projects for recreational land sales, transitional land development and industrial and commercial companies of all sizes, including Carvana, St. Tammany Health System, Ochsner Health, American Freight and Factory, Dana Incorporated, DSLD, goPuff, Burger King, and others. In addition, Cook is the lead broker for the 6,000+ acre Bilten Park future development site, Louisiana's premier future advanced manufacturing and logistics mega-site location in St. Tammany Parish. He also led efforts for Stirling Properties' first build-to-suit industrial facility for Dana Inc., which is now operational within Fremaux Park in Slidell.

Born in New Orleans and a resident of the Northshore, Bradley earned his bachelor's and Master of Science degrees from Louisiana Tech University while also being named as the Graduate Student of the year in 2006. He is a strong local advocate for the special needs and foster care communities as a former Board Member and volunteer for Special Olympics Louisiana, Youth Service Bureau (YSB) and James Samaritan. Cook serves as the President of the Realtor Land Institute Louisiana Chapter since 2018 and is a graduate of the 2024 Louisiana Leadership, 2019 New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI), the 2018 Nancy Marsiglia Institute of Justice Inaugural Class at Loyola University, and 2018 Leadership St. Tammany.

Cook is a CCIM and holds commercial real estate licenses in Louisiana and Mississippi while working with clients throughout the Southeast. He is also pursuing the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and Certified Louisiana Economic Development (CLED) designations.

Lee M Delahoussaye

Lee de la Houssaye joined Stirling in 1997, where she serves as a Senior Advisor on the commercial advisory team, working from the Covington, Louisiana, office. She has been a commercial real estate leader in the greater New Orleans areas for over 40 years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation in office sales and leasing. She is also highly experienced in commercial site selection and acquisitions.

Ms. de la Houssaye has provided her expertise to an impressive list of landlords, tenants, and investors over the years, resulting in thousands of lease transactions and sales. Some of the corporate entities she has worked with include Ampirical Solutions, AT&T, Cantium, Chevron, DaimlerChrysler Motors, Fleetcor, General Services Administration (G.S.A.), Hornbeck Offshore Operations, LLOG Exploration, Merrill Lynch, MetLife, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, PoolCorp, and Southern Farm Bureau, to name a few.

Ms. de la Houssaye has received many distinguished Sales Awards from Stirling, the Northshore Area Board of Realtors, the Commercial Investment Division (C.I.D.), and the St. Tammany Association of Realtors. She is a graduate of St Mary's Dominican College, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis on Management.

Ryan MurphyCCIM, MBA

Ryan Murphy joined Stirling's commercial real estate team in October of 2010 and serves as a Senior Advisor working from the company's Covington, Louisiana, office. He primarily specializes in the office market, representing both landlords and tenants, as well as in vacant land. He also works with sellers and buyers in investment properties. Mr. Murphy obtained his CCIM designation in March of 2021 and is an active member. He is also a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) Commercial Investment Division (CID).

Prior to joining Stirling, Ryan worked independently since 2002 in commercial real estate, developing and purchasing small office products. He continues to own and manage his own portfolio of office space.

Mr. Murphy served two 4-year terms of elected office as a councilman for the Town of Abita Springs from 2014 thru 2022 and served as the Mayor Pro Tem during his second term.

Mr. Murphy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earning a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in Economics. He also has earned an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans.

W. Foster Murphy

W. Foster Murphy is an Advisor with Stirling's commercial real estate team, working from the company's Covington, Louisiana, office. Foster's primary focus areas are office, medical and retail sales, leasing, and new development projects. He also has extensive experience with tenant representation and in-depth market knowledge, allowing him to provide sound advice to his clients.

Foster is dedicated to providing clients with the best quality of service, adding value for investors in the market, and growing new connections into long-term customer relationships. He has a personal love for architecture and experience in AutoCAD, which allows him to visualize his clients' needs and wants for their properties.

Before joining Stirling, Foster was an integral member of the SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre commercial real estate team in Baton Rouge. Prior to that, he spent seven years working in property management for a single owner and then transitioned to a commercial real estate/property management firm in the Capital Region.

Foster has also had the privilege of representing numerous nonprofit organizations, including Volunteers of America, Veteran Affairs, ARC Baton Rouge, Special Olympics of LA, Greater Baton Rouge Industrial Alliance, Baton Rouge Youth Coalition, Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency, and the Louisiana Assessor's Association, in fulfilling their real estate requirements with dedication and expertise.

When not immersed in the real estate market, Foster cherishes moments with his fiance, Meagan, alongside his family and friends. He enjoys golfing, reading, carpentry, hunting, and fishing, often accompanied by his loyal black lab, Goose.
