Having been Certified as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser by the State of Louisiana since 1992 (serving on the Louisiana Real Estate Appraisers Board from 1997 to 2007) and licensed to sell real estate since 1996 (Broker license since 2007), Kirk brings a unique body of knowledge to the real estate transaction. Knowing the issues pertaining to property value and how they’re perceived by buyers/tenants - sellers/landlords, professional sales agents and appraisers, allows for a prompt, accurate and sound decision making mechanism capable of delivering professional guidance and consultation to all parties of a transaction.
While not practicing real estate, Kirk volunteers in many community groups and is currently serving as Treasurer of the Covington Rotary Club and has served on the Board of Managers of the West St. Tammany YMCA and the Vestry of Christ Episcopal Church Covington from 2012 - 2015. Kirk lives in Covington with his wife Elizabeth and their 3 children.
